Christian E. Lopez Castillo represents individuals and businesses in business litigation matters, including complex business disputes, breach of contract claims, defamation, and corporate governance disputes. He also has experience in a variety of civil litigation matters, including negligence-based claims and construction defect disputes.
Christian has experience handling matters from pre-litigation through resolution, including written discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive and other substantive motions, and representing clients in court. He has also represented clients in mediation and negotiated resolutions both at and outside of mediation.

Christian was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and raised in Arizona, where he played varsity basketball and developed a love for the game that continues today. He is an avid basketball and football fan and follows the Miami Heat and Miami Dolphins—the latter of which has not always been easy. Christian is also a proud Arizona State football season ticket holder.
