Grant Cragun Elevated To Member

Kercsmar & O’Hara is pleased to announce that as of January 1, 2026, Grant was elevated to a member of the firm.  This promotion reflects Grant’s high quality legal work and his unwavering dedication to the clients he serves.

Grant’s practice focuses primarily on business litigation as it has throughout the majority of his career.  He has represented clients in all phases of the litigation process, including at trial and arbitration.  He has extensive experience in contract disputes, partnership dissolution issues, trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenant disputes, and professional membership disputes.  Grant does not merely represent his clients—he internalizes their cases and provides fierce, passionate advocacy on their behalf.

“I am excited about the opportunity to take on this new position with Kercsmar & O’Hara and to continue to grow this outstanding law firm,” Grant said.  “It is an honor to work with top tier lawyers and staff on behalf of our amazing clients.”
